What is your background and experience?
I have 13 years of experience in financial services across multiple verticals, from products and mortgages to loans and credit cards. The knowledge I’ve accumulated over this time period helps give me a birds-eye view of a company – and I’m delighted to put this skill to use in helping your business achieve amazing results.
What is your approach to account management?
I take a holistic view of your business and focus on the end-to-end picture – whether its customer experience or commercial performance. Gaining a deep understanding of you as a retailer and your customer base is a top priority for me, as it empowers me to support your growth in the most impactful way possible. I enjoy proactively identifying areas of opportunity or improvement and going above and beyond for our merchants.
