What is your background and experience?

I have ten years of experience in customer service and people management, giving me a rich understanding of consumer and business needs. At point in my career, I managed accounts for 400 retailers successfully, delivering on major projects and training our current team. I’m delighted to put these skills to use in supporting your business to reach new heights with DivideBuy.

What is your approach to account management?

I take a data-driven approach and customise my reporting process to suit your needs. I enjoy turning data into discoveries that help identify opportunities and areas of improvement. My extensive experience in Customer Services gives me a rich understanding of consumer pain points, which I’ll use to ensure your DivideBuy solution is offering a seamless UX to customers.
