During installation why do you request owner access and not collaborator access?

We normally request owner access instead of collaborator access to ensure a quick installation of DivideBuy technology. Owner access is the only user role that permits us to add and enable/disable payment methods and allows us to carry out testing more efficiently, without making a request to you for access.

If you would prefer to only provide us with collaborator/partner access then we will have to request that you enable/disable the payment methods at various times during the installation. This may mean your install takes a little longer than normal as your DivideBuy developer may be assigned to another installation whilst we wait for you to confirm this has been actioned.
