Online POS credit solution. – This is seamlessly integrated into your ecommerce platform with the support of our onboarding team.


• In-store credit offering. Capability to complete orders instore with the customer so they are able to take away the product or service instantly.


• Telephone based orders. – Our UK based customer service team, open 7 days a week, are able to complete orders over the phone. Many competitors, in their rush to provide online services, have left phone ordering behind and have created a fragmented offering. We know some customers would prefer our support.


• Retailer portal. – This allows you to have more flexibility around your products, services and price as we understand that you may offer bespoke products and services, or even discounts that are not within your website.


• Retailer resource centre. – Including marketing tools such as DivideBuy logos, guides and features, brand guidelines and much more.


• In-house technical support. – Our technology is built inhouse, so we are able to provide any support you need.
