Unfortunately, we do not support multi-currency. DivideBuy will only show as being available for products displayed in GBP.

Why isn’t Convert+ displaying the correct instalments for the product?
Convert+ calculations are taken from the basket total. If several products are added to the basket, the instalments will reflect this total amount at product level.

Have you checked the product meets your minimum spend to qualify with DivideBuy and is set to be enabled? Convert+ will only display on products that meet the minimum spend and have been enabled. If your product does meet the minimum spend and has been enabled, yet Convert+ still doesn't display, please contact our tech team here

Why do you need credentials to install a new update of the DivideBuy module?
Whilst we ask for your credentials during the initial installation of the DivideBuy module, they are securely stored and then subsequently destroyed once the module is installed. As such, credentials will need to be re-submitted to install any updates.
