Please note: server credentials are stored securely by the DivideBuy technical team for a period of 14 days after the on-boarding process has been completed. After the 14th day, credentials are deleted from the DivideBuy systems. If there is any additional work required, the team will require your credentials again.

Why does DivideBuy need my credentials?

We ask you for live and staging credentials to enable us to install and configure our module on your website with access to your backend to test fully. Where there is a staging site, we will always install on this first, but if you don't have a staging site set up then not to worry! DivideBuy will install straight to your live website.

DivideBuy is committed to ensuring you can launch Interest-Free Credit as cost neutral and as quickly as possible. We pick up the development work so you don't have to!

If you are installing the DivideBuy module yourself (self Install) then please provide us with as much information as you can, this is so we can assist with final configuration.

On both staging and live sites, we will test the DivideBuy module fully and pass back to you (the retailer) to run your own final tests. We securely store your credentials whilst we are completing the installation. Once complete, we keep this information for a period of 14 days in case we need to make any extra changes.
