Enterprise Business Development Manager

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Be a key player in the execution of the Sales strategy.
  • Provide regular accurate forecasting and revenue reporting.
  • Identify under-penetrated or new business segments or opportunities, prioritise where to focus, plan how to target them and execute those plans.
  • Work to clearly defined targets delivering opportunities with greatest revenue potential.
  • Work with and leverage internal and external marketing teams to support acquisition quota.
  • Be knowledgeable of the BNPL space and of UK competition, the market characteristics and costs of the products and services.
  • Be able to negotiate and structure long-term agreements with enterprise retailers.
  • Understand and use data and insights to build a sales story that is compelling for stakeholders and saleable opportunities for market.
  • Nurture opportunities and cultivate meaningful relationships with stakeholders to gain deep insight into their business and its objectives.
  • Constantly strive to be a high performer ensuring you are collaborative and a specialist in your work.
  • Lead and mentor other members of the Enterprise Team and engage with customers at the highest level, to ensure profitable acquisition for the business.

Your Qualities

  • Extensive management experience preferably from sales and marketing within car rental, wider automotive, travel and hospitality or retail service sectors.
  • B2B experience with a track record of driving significant growth.
  • A proven record of accomplishment in achieving sales targets.
  • Strong business decision making skills with a focus on achieving results.
  • Ability to build excellent relationships with peers.
  • Commercial thinking and challenging the status quo in a positive way.
  • Strong strategic capability to dive into the detail and act in a fast, tactical manner.
  • A distinctive understanding of the BNPL space.
  • Innovative, strategic thinker and commercially astute.
  • Experience in leading small but highly driven teams.
  • Drive and self-motivation to accomplish our ambitious growth targets.
  • Knowledge of a wide range of marketing and sales techniques and concepts.
